Hey guys, has it been a while or what?? Our home improvement project is done and I will be posting about that as soon as everything is officially back in order lol.
Today though is all about chicken, boneless chicken thighs that is! This is a super recipe to make and absolutely delicious! I’m actually making this tonight for dinner 🙂
Rhon's Honey Mustard Boneless Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 CUP Honey
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt more or less to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper more or less to taste
- 1 tsp Thyme or Oregano you can also add anything else you wish
- 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F

Mix honey, Dijon mustard, oil, salt and pepper, and Thyme in a bowl

Foil line or grease a baking dish and place chicken in the dish

Coat the chicken with the honey mustard sauce and bake for about 45 minutes..make sure the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165F.
That”s it guys, easy peasy right? Like I always say with any recipe..make it your own! Go nuts and change it up!
