Rhon's Honey Mustard Boneless Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 CUP Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 CUP Honey
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt more or less to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper more or less to taste
  • 1 tsp Thyme or Oregano you can also add anything else you wish
  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, oil, salt and pepper, and Thyme in a bowl

  3. Foil line or grease a baking dish and place chicken in the dish

  4. Coat the chicken with the honey mustard sauce and bake for about 45 minutes..make sure the internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165F.
